What is same day delivery?
If you place your order before 1pm MST, Monday through Friday, we will guarantee delivery of your gift box on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm MST will be delivered on the next business day. This does not include orders with floral arrangements. Gift boxes including floral arrangements are generally delivered on the next business day. Exceptions to both style gifts may apply during busy holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
How will I know if my order was delivered?
When your order has been successfully delivered you will receive an automatic delivery confirmation via email at the email address you provided at checkout. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
Can we pickup at your location?
Our fulfillment center is not currently open to the public and we do not offer pick-up options at this time.
Why do you need my recipients telephone number?
We will contact your recipient if we have any delivery issues. Common issues are Arizona extreme weather conditions (heat, monsoons, storms), inaccessible delivery areas, road access obtrusion, or to confirm they are available to accept delivery. We will also contact your recipient to request specific delivery instructions if they are not available to accept delivery at the address you provided.
